Notability is a note taking and pdf annotation app that serves as our CatPack student’s digital notebook. Notability allows you to setup individual sections for each of their subject areas and organize your notes and classwork. Notability allows you to bring in pdfs, pictures, web clippings and make them part of your document. As well, Notability has the capability to record audio and tag it to a particular note so that you can hear what was being said while you were creating the notes.

Notability also has desktop app for the Mac which allows you to edit your notes on both the iPad and your Mac with all changes synchronized on both devices. This app is not used as part of the CatPack program but may be useful to some students. It is available on the Mac App Store
