Although this might be seen as a starter video app compared to iMovie or Final Cut Pro, Clips does an amazing job of creating fun, entertaining short videos. Great for putting together an effective presentation in a short period of time!

Using Apple Clips to Create a Presentation

Step by Step Plan for Creating a Clips Video

  1. Plan and storyboard the project
  2. Gather video and photos resources to be used.
  3. Write any scripts to be read as voice-overs for clips.
  4. Import video and photos by holding the red button down while importing from your library.
  5. Trim and rearrange the clips into the desired order.
  6. Mute the sound on any clips where it is not wanted.
  7. Turn on Live Titles and edit text on any clips where sub-titles are used.
  8. Add Filters, Labels, Stickers and Emoji.  Don’t over do it!
  9. Create an opening and closing Poster (if desired).
  10. Add sound track to your video (if desired).
  11. Save finished video to your camera roll.
